Abstract:
The article is devoted to the analysis of the prospects for introduction of the PPP mechanism in the form of concessions in the sphere of public infrastructure. The article considers institutional and organizational aspects of the functioning of these concessions. We analyze sources of income of the concessionaire by the example of a concession in the Lipetsk region.
